5 stars

The monarchy is at risk! Get the King back on top.
GAME SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS from BIGFISH

The game starts with a clip when Swindler comes to the kingdom claiming the throne for himself.

Sedrick's been in all of the Royal Envoy Series games as your guide.
For some reason, Sedrick's nogins has "democracy" in it.
Instead of cutting off Swindler's head (quietly), he suggests to hold and election to determine the true ruler.

The King agrees and enlists your help to CAMPAIGN FOR THE CROWN and save the kingdom from that villain.
You are (again) employed by the crown as a ROYAL ENVOY.
And that covers the title :)

OBJECTIVE:
Make sure that the KING wins in the election
HOW:
Repair all the havoc Swindler did on all provinces.

Your overall progress is shown using the map above.
There are 10 provinces that you need to convince to side with the King instead of Swindler.

List of Provinces with Number of Levels:
(In order explored in Game)
PALM COAST - 4
TROPICAL MARSHES - 4
FLYING ISLANDS - 6
JOLLY ROGER STRAIT - 6
WASTELANDS - 7
ISLANDSHIRE - 7
FOREST VALLEY - 8
ARCTIC CIRCLE - 7
HEAVEN'S GATE - 7
CENTERRA - 7

Provinces in Pink are voting for the King, while the green provinces are voting for Swindler.
The first few levels are tutorial levels as the map shows above.
Eventually, all the provinces you haven't visited goes green (see below).

Once you've completed the tutorial levels in PALM COAST, you move on the "real" game.

Every level starts with this. The pictures don't always match the level.
But the game tips on this page are very helpful when you're just starting out.

At times, you will get a talking "local".
It's fun that every province has a different looking local.
Little graphics like that really makes a game more interesting helping this game through to 5 stars.

Game Screen Specifics:
+ The status bar next to the menu shows the gold, wood, food, and workers that you have available. Eventually, another icon will be added for happiness.
+ The yellow vertical bar with stars below the menu shows the time. I'm really OCD about stars and always try to get three stars.
+ The bottom bar shows highlighted elements, progress, tasks, etc.
+ The tasks at the upper right corner is permanent (similar with the menu button, the time bar, and the status bar). The fonts turn neon green when a task is completed.
+ Within the game, there are helpful and fun signs all over the place as hints.

Levels are won by completing tasks, which mainly involve building or accumulation of goods.
HOUSE TYPE: Cabin, Cottage, Chalet (Although villas may appear on some levels, you cannot build higher than a chalet.)
BUILDING TYPES and GOODS PRODUCED:
Sawmill - Wood (increments of 50, 100 and 250)
Market - Food (increments of 50, 100 and 250)
Bank - Plus %50 rent
Dove Cote - Plus happiness according to houses.
DECORATION: Flowers, Gamophone, Fountain, Statue (of a chubby Dragon <3)
You can only build decoration on special lots and it will not appear on your game screen otherwise.
There are special items you can build per level (which, I will not spoil).

TIP : You can DEMOLISH buildings (Sometimes, it is necessary.).
However, you cannot stop a task once it has started.
You can only stop a task if a worker hasn't started it yet e.g. en route to building a cabin.
When buying goods (wood for sawmill and food for market), you cannot cancel it.

Once a level is completed, you'll get fireworks and cheering workers.
Then, you also get your stats and more game tips.
NICE TOUCH : You can immediately re-do a level if you're not satisfied with your stats.
It's relatively easy to complete levels with 3 stars. But as you get to the higher levels, it may be best to consult the game guide.

GAME GUIDE!
Royal Envoy Campaign for the Crown has a BUILT-IN GAME GUIDE/WALKTHROUGH.
You can access it through the question mark button on the upper right corner of the game screen (next to tasks).

MORE FUN STUFF!
This game is full of fun graphics updating the story line.
Above is a pre-level clip of a TV news show that usually shows Swindler in various costumes pretending to be a local or other and swaying the masses to vote against the King.
Sedrick doesn't do anything about it. And, you go on with the game.
Other fun stuff include special tasks in transition levels between provinces.

I also love how it shows how dirty elections can be. And, we should look for candidates who are earnestly improving our environment and commerce.
It's also worth mentioning that every province has its own different local. This shows that being ethnically divergent is a very good thing.

Overall, I highly recommend this game for the surprises it offers in the tasks you need to complete, the story line, and the world-building.
The developers have created a solid world that's got its own quirks, just like the real world (although it's all PG).

I give this game 5 STARS!
+ adorable graphics with fluid game play
+ average difficulty level (not too annoying, you unlock expert level after the game)
+ interesting and well-developed story line
